3. Booking and Payment

  1. Booking: Services must be booked in advance through our official website, app, or by contacting our customer service.
  2. Payment: Payment must be made via cash, EFT, or other approved digital methods upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charge.
    • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

  1. Location Requirements:
    • The client must provide a safe and accessible location for the service.
    • Any necessary permissions for using the location must be arranged by the client.
  2. Vehicle Condition:
    • Ensure the vehicle is parked and accessible at the agreed time.
    • Inform us of any special conditions (e.g., pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces).
  3. Valuables: Remove or secure any valuables in the vehicle. Pitstop Auto Wash is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

5. Limitation of Liability

  1. Pitstop Auto Wash will not be held liable for:
    • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or defects in the vehicle.
    • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or access issues).
  2. While we take every precaution, minor scratches or damages caused during cleaning are subject to review. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

6. Environmental and Water Use

Pitstop Auto Wash is committed to eco-friendly practices. We use minimal water and biodegradable cleaning products where possible. Clients are responsible for ensuring water use is permitted at their service location.

7. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, provide a re-service or refund.

8. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use our services for:

  • Vehicles involved in illegal activities.
  • Vehicles that pose a safety hazard to our staff.

9. Privacy and Data Use
